Villamix is back in Lisbon this weekend at the Altice Arena. Artists from the Lusophone universe were invited to participate in what is considered one of the biggest festivals in the world, having already beaten some Guinness records as the biggest stage in the world.
Simone and Simaria, Luan Santana, Gusttavo Lima, Alok, Xand Airplane, Jorge and Mateus, Wesley Safadão, Matheus and Kauan, Djodje and Calema are the artists who will participate in this second edition of Villmamix Lisboa.
Villamix was created in 2011 to be just a country music festival. However, its immediate success with more than 50,000 viewers in the first year and over 100,000 the following year led the organization to rethink the festival by creating a larger stage, better technical conditions and not just one edition per year but several.
There are currently over 30 editions per year in 24 different cities with over 2 million viewers.
In 2015, VILLAMIX was attended by international artists such as Demi Lovato and won for the first time (second in 2017) the Guinness World Records certificate for having the largest stage in the world.
