Web Summit Expansion in Lisbon opens 16 vacancies

Initiated the expansion of the Web Summit’s Lisbon office, and it was opened to hire 16 stations for specialists and managers.

As late as last October, Paddy Cosgrave, CEO of Web Summit had announced, in the expansion plan of the Lisbon office, the presence of 100 employees.

The Web Summit, a technology, innovation and entrepreneurship summit, considered one of the largest technology and entrepreneurship summits in the world, was born in 2010 in Ireland, but moved to Portugal in 2016, generating an economic impact of more than 500 million euros.

The first summit anticipated three editions of the summit in Portugal, plus two options, but in October it was announced that the Web Summit will remain in Lisbon until 2028.
